Ealing Islamic School is a place of faith, family, respect and excellence in Islamic education. We are dedicated to nurturing the hearts and minds of our next generation of Muslim leaders and role models and our mission is to inspire an everlasting love for Allah (swt) and Islam, embedding the Islamic identity within the hearts and minds of our children in accordance with the authentic sunnah of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and the understanding of his companions.
We strive to cultivate a school environment in which our students are able to develop and attain excellence in character, Islamic morals and manners, understanding and upholding the rights of Allah. the rights of their families and the community as a whole.

We have developed our own excellent student-centered Islamic curriculum, materials and books which we have been working on in the last 5 years and have had great success with alhamdullilah.

We look for teachers who are fully qualified with PGCE or equivalent or willing to undertake and successfully pass our teacher training programme.

We have a strict policy when it comes to employing teachers. They must be passionate about Islam, a practicing Muslim of excellent character, a positive role model for the youth and upon the Qur’an & the authentic Sunnah of the Messenger (peace be upon him).

All our staff are engaged in continued professional development and ongoing teacher training. We supervise our teachers and make sure they are working to the highest standards of professionalism.

We are a selective private Islamic school, providing opportunity for all but also choosing the best students from the community. We have modular examinations and ongoing assessments and only committed and dedicated students will truly excel and progress.

We are a family orientated school, including families in everything we do, parent’s evenings, awards ceremonies and work closely with parents to achieve the highest levels of success for our students.

We mentor and coach our students – during tutorials and at other times to provide Islamic guidance in all areas of life, building a strong rapport with them, while also keeping the parents updated on any issues of concern and need for support.

We have volunteering and employment opportunities for our students who excel in their Islamic education and wish to develop further and train up to become a member of staff at the school. We offer employment contracts as well as other bonuses, rewards, progression opportunities and excellent references.

We have beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of study. Students who excel in their classes will be given the opportunity to move up to a more advanced class and level of study.

Complaints and matters pertaining to student progression are taken very seriously and the school is always looking to develop and grow to meet the needs of our amazing students and their families.

Education Consultancy – We provide excellent help, support and advice to other Islamic schools, organisations, madrasas and mosques in building, maintaining and growing their educational departments to meet the highest standards of teaching and learning.
Our Teachers
Our staff are the beating heart of Ealing Islamic School. With a passion for Islamic education and dedication to Islamic principles, our teachers are either fully qualified with a PGCE or equivalent, working towards a teaching qualification or are involved in ongoing training. We take recruitment very seriously indeed, as the wrong person in this job can have a hugely negative impact on our children’s Islamic growth and development.
Our staff strive to be role models to our students, establishing an excellent rapport with them and creating an inspiring learning environment in which every student can reach their full potential and become fully practicing Muslims in the future in’sha’Allah.
Every team member is selected for their skills and expertise and their commitment to Islamic excellence. Our teachers take the time and a proactive approach to contacting parents and updating them with regards to any issues that may arise.
Safeguarding
The safety, well-being, and dignity of our pupils are of utmost importance. Our safeguarding policies follow national guidelines and are regularly reviewed. All staff are trained in child protection and understand the vital role they play in creating a secure and supportive environment.
We believe that safeguarding is a collective responsibility – all staff, pupils, and parents contribute to keeping our school and children safe.
