Student Registration

To register your child at the Ealing Islamic School, please complete and submit the online application form and a member of admin staff will get back to you.

Admission Process

Admission into Ealing Islamic School follows a transparent, simple process:

Submit completed online application form or visit us at the school on Saturdays.

An interview will be arranged with the school principal.

An offer of a placement will be given subject to availability and student suitability.

Completion of registration and induction fee for books will be taken.

The child starts their first day at the school on a trail period of 3 weeks.

We welcome applications from families who value both academic achievement and Islamic upbringing.

Student Fees


Our fee structure reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality education while remaining accessible to the community.

  • Monthly fees are £55 per child per month.
  • All new students pay a month in advance at the time of joining and a fee for our books and materials.
  • Fees are payable monthly, termly or yearly and at the parents’ discretion.
  • Monthly fees must be paid before the 22ndof each month.
  • Parents who miss a monthly payment will not be able to send their child the following month unless the payment and the penalty is cleared.

Parent / Pupil Contract

By accepting a place at our school, all parents and pupils are agreeing fully to abide by the Ealing Islamic School rules and regulations at all times. The school reserves the right to withdraw a student at any time and with immediate effect should students or their parents fail to comply and uphold their responsibilities and commitments to the school rules.
